Trade Terms and Conditions
All invoices payable 30 days from date of invoice. Statements issued 1st of each month.
Early Payment
2.5% settlement discount is allowable for payment within 7 days of invoice date. New accounts are on a pro-forma basis until credit references are received and a credit rating has been established.
Shortages
For any deliveries not received or short-packed, we must receive notification within 10 days from the date of invoice. We cannot accept any liability whatsoever for failure to inform us as specified.
Prices
Orders will be invoiced at prices ruling at time of despatch.
Risk
The risk in the goods shall pass to you when they are delivered to you. We shall have no responsibility in respect of the security of the security of the goods thereafter, and accordingly you should insure them against such risks as you think appropriate.
Remains
All orders for items currently out of stock will usually be held on remains and despatched, ASAP, carriage paid.
Retention of Title
All goods remain our property until paid for in full, and we reserve the right to dispose of the goods, until payment has been received by us in accordance with our terms and conditions. Goods delivered to you by us should be stored according to their particular invoice, to allow for purposes of identification.
Returns
No items (unless faulty) may be returned without prior written permission. Any garments returned deemed to be faulty in manufacture will be repaired. Where this is not possible a replacement will be issued. However, if unavailable from stock, a credit note will be issued.
Carriage Paid Orders
All orders for the United Kingdom in excess of £250 will be sent carriage paid. Orders below this amount will be charged £7.50 carriage and administration charge. All order for RoI in excess of €400 will be sent carriage paid. Orders below this amount will be charged at €10 carriage and administration. For Channel Islands orders there is a £20 surcharge per carton. For all other countries a carriage surcharge will apply on all orders. Please ask for quotation.
Interest Charges/Bank Charges
We reserve the right to pass on any interest charges and bank charges for seriously overdue accounts. Any account over 60 days may be charged interest at base rate plus 5%.
Summary
These terms and conditions contain the entire bargain between us, and in the event of any inconsistency between these terms and the terms of any other contract documents sent to us by you, our terms shall prevail. These terms and conditions shall be interpreted solely according to the laws of the United Kingdom (as it applies in Northern Ireland) and you hereby accept the jurisdiction of such courts.
